The head of the DOED department Alexander Panchenko passed away

August 1, 2020, Head of the Department of Design and Operation of Electronic Devices of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Oleksandr Panchenko passed away.

Professor Panchenko was the author of 140 scientific publications, including textbooks, and 3 patents, served as head of the department since 2017.

The staff of the DOED department expresses condolences to the family and relatives of Alexander Yuryevich. This is a great loss for the entire university.
