Senior Lecturer of the DOED Department Halkin Pavlo took part in the Ajax Systems meeting, which was devoted to such topics:

• problems of radio protocols and solutions;
• history of the development of a motion sensor with photo fixation from an idea to launch in production;
• IoT testing.

Ajax opened an R&D office in Kharkiv and is actively supporting the Embedded Community in the city.

A group of students from the DOED department at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics headed by Senior Lecturer Galkin Pavlo visited the Schneider Electric Kiev office in Ukraine and participated in the Automation Technical Day.

Today’s meeting was held under the auspices of a motivational and educational event to promote automation among institutions of higher education and motivation for student participation in the Schneider Go Green competition.

A group of students from the DOED department of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics headed by Senior Lecturer Pavlo Halkin visited UKRAIR LLC.

The meeting was held at Boryspil International Airport, where UKRAIR facilities are located. The development of dual education in aeronautical higher education institutions is of great importance to educate and motivate students to devote themselves to Avionics.

Gender equality at the DOED department is when a girl took a soldering iron in her hands and the quality of the soldering is better than that of her classmates.

Gender equality is central to the human rights system and among the values ​​proclaimed by the United Nations (UN). One of the fundamental principles of the UN Charter, which was adopted by world leaders in 1945, is “equal rights of men and women”, as well as the protection and promotion of women’s rights, as the responsibility of each state.

On December 12, 2019, the first qualifying stage of the All-Ukrainian student competition “Aviator 2020” took place. For the ninth time, he united creative and talented Ukrainian youth who are striving to grow in the profession and develop the domestic aviation industry.

Students of the DOED Department together with the Senior Lecturer of the DOED Department Galkin Pavlo and Associate Professor Olga Zaichenko participated in the annual conference of the Kharkiv Regional Center for Industry 4.0.

The conference is dedicated to security issues for industry and critical infrastructure in the context of the aCampus project.

The main issues of the conference are consideration of the state and prospects of development of functional and cyber security in industrial systems. Special attention was paid to the use of international standards in security.

05.12.2019 Senior Lecturer at DOED department Galkin Pavlo participated in the first TechWave meetup from Waverley Software on the Internet of Things.

There were interesting reports on Silicon Valley IoT projects and the challenges that have come up with developing IoT solutions.
