On December 5, within the framework of the EduNet program from Phoenix Contact Ukraine, a team of staff and students of the DOED faculty at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics took part in the “Technical Day of Automation”.

The engineers and product managers of the company Sergiy Omenyuk and Yevgenii Shen have delivered reports using the equipment for industrial automation, and together with the students demonstrated the work of demos-stands for testing the principle of over-voltage and introduced the youth with the new controller PLCnext

Again Saturday, and again at our department there is a full audience of future and active engineers. The club of engineering developments compels to come on a day off and deal with circuit engineering, the theory of automatic control, mathematics and engineering.

Students of the DOED department visited the Center for Contemporary STEM Education “Boteon”, Ukraine. Founder of the Center graduate KNURE Alex Reznichenko. Such meetings allow students to motivate to create their own start-ups.

KNURE has joined the EduNet World Association. This is another step towards integration with European education and industry in the world. We thank Valery Semenets, Tetyana Tkachova, Oleksandr Filipenko for support in joining the association.

The regular seminar of the Industrial Automation in practice case of the DOED department was held. The topic “Designing automation systems and automation at three levels of integration” was opened today. The department expresses its unlimited thanks to its graduate Vitaliy Koshkarov, who shared his experience in the development of automated systems. Design of systems ranging from air conditioning to systems at nuclear power plants was considered.

Today the representatives of Progrestech-Ukraine visited the faculty of PAYA. The company showed interest to the students of the specialty 173 Avionics, which was recently opened in KNURE.

An interesting report was presented by the Public Relations Manager Alexei Tretyakov.

Automation Systems Service was our guest at the DOED department. Thanks to Andrii Humennyi for excellent motivation and presentation for students. A series of industrial automation electives continues.
